Zincor Sheets

Zincor sheets are cold-rolled steel sheets coated with zinc through an electro-galvanization process, offering superior corrosion resistance, uniform surface finish, and excellent formability. These sheets are widely used in automotive panels, electrical enclosures, home appliances, furniture, and general fabrication. Electro-galvanized Zincor is preferred where superior paint adhesion and minimal spangle are required. The zinc coating on Zincor sheets is applied by electroplating, resulting in a smooth, thin, and uniform layer typically ranging between 3–8 microns per side. These sheets are suitable for bending, stamping, welding, and painting.
