Inner Door
An inner door escutcheon is an optional accessory that can be easily fitted into new or existing electrical enclosures. It is important to check the depth of the enclosure to ensure that the minimum distance between the electrical components and inner door is maintained. Enclosures up to 400mm deep are available to ensure large components can be safely housed behind inner door escutcheons.

Inner Doors – Powder-Coated Steel: Steel inner doors are fabricated using 1.2mm to 1.5mm galvanized steel sheet. UL approved epoxy polyester powder coated with a textured RAL7035 finish to 80–120-micron average thickness. Colored inner doors are available if required.
Transparent Doors / WINDOORS
We offer steel-transparent glazed doors engineered for compatibility with our range of electrical enclosures. Supplied as a standard accessory, transparent doors allow quick replacement by removing the existing door. The doors incorporate a transparent viewing window panel manufactured from polycarbonate.
Windows are manufactured using 4 mm transparent solid polycarbonate sheet with UV protection. The material provides very high impact resistance, excellent optical clarity and good outdoor weatherability. It is suitable for a temperature range of -40°C to +120°C, is classified to EN 13501-1: B-s1,d0, indicating favourable fire reaction performance, low smoke production and no flaming droplets, it has approximately 87% light transmission, and provides good resistance to dilute acids and mineral oils.

Vented Doors
We provide a range of vented doors for electrical enclosures. Vented doors feature pressed louvre vents to enable ventilation. The pressed louvre vents are located at the bottom and top of the door to enable improved air circulation. Vented Doors are optional interchangeable doors that can be easily fitted to new or existing electrical enclosures. The construction of the door and seal is identical to the standard door and seal.
Powder-Coated Steel: fabricated using 1.2mm to 1.5mm galvanized steel sheet, powder-coated with a textured finish 80–120-micron average thickness. Standard color RAL7035; other colors on request.
Marine Grade Aluminium: fabricated using 2.5mm marine grade aluminium sheet, powder-coated with a textured finish 80–120-micron average thickness. Standard color RAL7035; other colors on request.
Grade 316 Stainless Steel: fabricated using 1.5mm Grade 316L Stainless Steel.
